Change Whether to Alert Contacts When You Report an Emergency

1. Go to the ACCOUNT tab to view your profile.

2. Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Tap "Notifications."

4. Tap "Emergency Alerts."

5. Tap the "Notify Emergency Contacts" toggle switch on or off, depending on your preference.

Change Non-Emergency Notification Settings

NOTE: You cannot disregard emergency alerts, only non-emergency notifications.

1. Make sure you’ve already given SaferWatch permission to send you notifications. If not, you can do so in your phone’s settings

2. Go to the ACCOUNT tab to view your profile.

3. Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

4. Tap "Notifications."

5. Tap "Non-Emergency Notifications."

6. Choose the subscribed location whose notification settings you want to change.

7. SaferWatch will show you a list of non-emergency categories. Use the toggle switches on the right of each category to choose whether you want to receive notifications about those situations.
